- Grilled stack of polenta, zucchini, eggplant, sweet potato, baby spinach, caramelized onion with herb roast cherry tomatoes and salsa verde

- Grilled roast garlic flatbread with blackened tomato relish, sweetcorn black bean salsa, roast peppers, Guacamole, cashew cream, chilli jam and rocket⠀
